Winter's Art

I'm sure many of the members have been out recording the superb ice & light conditions we experienced over the holiday period but, as yet haven't uploaded to the website. So here are a couple of examples to get the ball rolling. I've chosen detail shots as opposed to the 'frosty landscape' pictures that are more the norm.

Happy Christmas


Merry Christmas to all our club members. Our programme was disrupted a little over the recent bad weather but thanks to members we were able to adapt our evenings. Here's hoping that next year will be a good one for the club.

Stormy Weather

Snow

For some of us the snow is a nuisance but for photographers it's an ideal opportunity to take photos if we are willing to brave the cold. The photo below was taken with my compact camera which I carry most places these days.

Stormy Weather

Inverkip is usually a good place to record the changes in the weather as this oncoming storm shows. The beach at the war memorial car park just past the town is also worth a look at what ever the weather
